We reserve the right to forward your notice to the user responsible for posting the content for further clarification or action.

5. Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your signature (electronic or physical).
  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by error.
  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of a U.S. court.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a lawsuit within the required timeframe.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
